Recipe Ingredients for Ground Turkey Stroganoff

8 oz whole wheat noodles
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/8 cup chives (dried)
4 oz mushrooms, pieces and stems
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup skim milk
1 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Ground Turkey Stroganoff

  1. Prepare noodles per package direction, omitting salt.

  2. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray, warm over medium-high heat. Add turkey onion, chives, and mushrooms, and cook until turkey is no longer pink.

  3. Add soup, milk, sour cream, and garlic powder and cook until heated through.

  4. Serve over noodles.
