This come out to be a little thicker that soup so I took a phrase from Rachel Ray and called it a stoup! Enjoy.

Recipe Ingredients for Ground Turkey Stoup

8 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
2 tbsp Flavoured Soup Mix
1 cup Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
1 serving Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
2 cup Vegetables, Mixed
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
1 tsp Ginger Root
1 tsp Allspice, Ground
0.5 cup White Basmati Rice

Recipe Directions for Ground Turkey Stoup

  1. Saute onions, celery, garlic and ginger root until slightly softend. Add ground turkey, cook until browned.

  2. Once cook drain.

  3. Add remainder of ingredients. except for rice.Simmer for 40 mins.

  4. Add rice cover and cook for another 20 minutes.

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
