Made with seasoned ground turkey & Great Value Deluxe Stir-Fry (vegetables) with added mushrooms.

Recipe Ingredients for Ground Turkey Stir-Fry

1/2 lb ground turkey
1 lb mixed vegetables
1/4 c mushrooms
3 T unsalted butter
1/2 chopped purple onion

Recipe Directions for Ground Turkey Stir-Fry

  1. Saute turkey and onions in 2 T butter until turkey is browned and onions are translucent

  2. Add remaining T of butter with entire package of mixed vegetables and mushrooms.

  3. Saute/Steam until mushrooms are rubbery and vegetables are heated through
