Recipe Ingredients for Ground Turkey and Squash Bake

3 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Sweetpotato
8 oz Ground Turkey, 93% Lean
1 medium raw Onion Red
3 serving Balsamic Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Ground Turkey and Squash Bake

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl except vinegar. put into baking dish and splash vinegar over the top. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour covered, after 1 hour remove cover and add cheese if desired, bake for additional 5 minutes.
