Recipe Ingredients for Ground Turkey w/Spinach & Feta

1 lb lean ground turkey
3/4 cup onion
1/2 cup celery
1 cup cooked bulgur
4 oz fat free feta cheese
12 oz spinach
1/4 cup raw bran
1 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp crushed red peppers
1 chicken boullion cube
1 Salt and Pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Ground Turkey w/Spinach & Feta

  1. Add 1 tbs olive to pan and Saute onions and celery until onions are clear. Add ground turkey, boullion cube, and cook until turkey is cooked. Then add bran, red peppers, drained spinach, and bulgur or barley or brown rice. Heat through and serve.

  2. Serve on plate with Feta sprinkled on top.
