Recipe Ingredients for Ground turkey soup

1 lb ground turkey breast
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced potatoe
1 cup diced carrot
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced zucchini
15 oz canned diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
6 cups water

Recipe Directions for Ground turkey soup

  1. brown turkey with salt, pepper, and cumin, add onions, celery and carrots and let veggies soften stirring every few minutes, when veggies look softer add zucchini potatoes and tomatoes. simmer for a minute or two. Add water and simmer for 15-20 min until all veggies are cooked.

  2. may need a little more salt depending on taste.
