Ground Turkey - can be served on a bun or by itself. Serve with side salad or another veggie side.

Recipe Ingredients for Ground Turkey Skillet Meal

1/4 cup Organic Kasha
16 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/4 cup, diced Celery
6 oz Tomato Paste
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Ground Turkey Skillet Meal

In large skillet cook turkey, green pepper, & celery. Add kasha and stir for a min. Then add all other ingredients. Bring to boil - then simmer and cover for about 25 min. Stir a few times and ensure its not getting too dry. If it is add some more water or tomato juice to it. Enjoy :)
