202 grams Carrots
20 oz Ground Turkey Lean
2 serving Tomato Paste
0.3 tbsp Salt, Table
0.5 tbsp Pepper, Black
2 fl oz Water

Recipe Directions for Ground Turkey

Cook vegetables, add salt and pepper, then ground turkey, cook for another 5 mins and add tomato paster with a bit of water; leave to cook in covered pan for about 15 mins
