Easy crockpot recipe (6 quart oval)

Recipe Ingredients for Ground Turkey N Biscuits

1 1/2 lbs Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
1 large green pepper
1/2 onion
1 pepper,+large+3-3/4"+long,+3"+dia yellow pepper
6 stalks celery
1 large potato
3 large carrots
2 T flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
12 tsp oregano
16 oz tomato sauce
8 Grands! Biscuits (biscuit)
1 3/4 cups Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Ground Turkey N Biscuits

  1. Brown turkey and vegetables in skillet

  2. stir in flour, salt, pepper and oregano

  3. add tomato sauce

  4. pour into slow cooker

  5. arrange biscuits over top and sprinkle with cheese

  6. cook uncovered on high for 1-1.5 hours
