I used extra lean turkey and portabello mushrooms but the analyzer did not accept these descriptions

Recipe Ingredients for Ground turkey and mushroom meatloaf

1 lb ground turkey, extra lean
1 egg, lightly beaten
4 tbsp salsa
3 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp honey mustard
1 medium chopped onion
1 tbsp dried onion flakes
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Ground turkey and mushroom meatloaf

  1. Mix all but the last 2 ingredients together in medium bowl

  2. Put mixture in a 9" x 5" x3" baking pan

  3. Combine last two ingredients and spoon over meatloaf

  4. in pan

  5. Cover in foil

  6. Bake for about 50-60 minutes in 375 degree oven. Take off foil during last 15 minutes of baking to allow for browning

  7. Serve with baked sweet or other potatoes and green vegetable
