Recipe Ingredients for Ground Turkey con papas

9 oz ground turkey
4 medium potatoes
1 jalapeno pepper
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1 carrot, diced
1/2 onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Ground Turkey con papas

  1. dice and chop all veggies and potatoes and set aside

  2. brown the ground turkey, remove and set aside

  3. brown the diced potatoes

  4. toss in all veggies and 1/2 cup of broth

  5. add the cooked ground turkey

  6. bring to a boil (about 2 minutes), cover and let simmer on low for about 30 minutes
