Much like my Chicken Chilli but essentially substituted ground turkey for chicken breast and a few less servings overall. NOTE: I don't actually use the Progresso broth regularly, but use my own frozen or refrigerated stock/broth. The chilli is nice without the added fluid as well.

Recipe Ingredients for (Ground) Turkey Chili

14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
1 lb lean ground turkey
14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
15 1/2 oz Kidney Beans
15 1/2 oz Black Beans
1
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
2 clove Garlic
4 serving Lite Mixture Salt
1 red bell pepper, raw
1 green pepper, raw

Recipe Directions for (Ground) Turkey Chili

  1. Brown ground turkey, onions, and garlic in olive oil over low to medium heat in a large pot.

  2. Once meat is nearly browned, add peppers (green and red) and season with chilli powder.

  3. Once meat is cooked through add all remaining ingredients, undrained, and simmer for an additional 10-20 minutes.
