Ground turkey breast mixed with lots of minced veggies and diced tomatoes. Lowers the calories while keeping the taste. Substitute into any recipe calling for ground meat. It is also great added to barbecue sauce or salsa.

Recipe Ingredients for Ground Turkey Breast Mix

500 g Onions
500 g Bell Peppers
500 g Celery
800 g Ground Turkey Breast
500 g Diced Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Ground Turkey Breast Mix

  1. Mince celery, onion, and peppers

  2. Add everything but the diced tomatoes to a large pot.

  3. Turn burner to medium.

  4. (Optional) Add seasoning (I use Adobo)

  5. Add water and mix everything thoroughly.

  6. Boil for about 20min, mixing often to prevent clumping

  7. Drain thoroughly

  8. Drain as much juice as you can from the diced tomatoes and mix them in with the rest
