Recipe Ingredients for Ground Thai Turkey

3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
19 1/5 ounce 99% fat free ground turkey
1/4 cup fat-free mayo
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup salsa

Recipe Directions for Ground Thai Turkey

  1. Combine 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce and crushed pepper in a shallow dish.

  2. Add turkey, toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  3. Combine mayonnaise, remaining 1 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce, lime juice and garlic in a medium bowl. Add salsa and mix well.

  4. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat.

  5. Add ground turkey, breaking in small pieces.

  6. Cook for a few minutes, stirring until the meat is no longer pink.

  7. To serve, arrange turkey in pita halves, fat-free tortillas, or on a hamburger bun.
