Serve over brown rice or noodles (not included in nutritional composite).

Recipe Ingredients for Ground Sirloin Stroganoff

1 lb. ground beef, extra lean sirloin
1 cup chopped onions, frozen chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
16 oz fat free sour cream
4 oz mushrooms
11 oz cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Ground Sirloin Stroganoff

  1. Brown ground beef.

  2. Add frozen chopped onions and garlic when beef is cooked.

  3. Cook onions with beef until onions are transparent.

  4. Mix in can of soup.

  5. Add paprika, salt, and cracked pepper.

  6. Add drained can of mushrooms.

  7. After all is cooked, add in fat free sour cream until mixed. (Do not continue cooking after adding sour cream as it changes the consistency.)

  8. Serve right away.
