Surprise! Its not that bad for ya!

Recipe Ingredients for Ground Pork Surprise

3 oz cheddar, shredded
2 oz parmesan, shredded
522 g ground pork
260 g whole wheat penne
1 cup tomato, diced
3/4 cup green pepper, diced
3/4 cup red pepper, diced
1 cup salsa
1 tbsp Frank's Red Hot Sauce

Recipe Directions for Ground Pork Surprise

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.

  2. Brown pork over med heat. Add a dash of salt and pepper to season.

  3. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  4. Dice all the veggies.

  5. Grate the cheese.

  6. Mix in the salsa with the pasta.

  7. Layer pasta mixture, ground meat and veggies in a 9" X 13" dish.

  8. Top with grated cheese.

  9. Cook in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
