Ground pork dinner sauteed to be eaten with beans, or baked potatoe, and lots of green veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Ground pork sauteed

1 pound ground pork
1/2 cup onions
2 tbsp. green onions
2 slice American cheese
2 tbsp. ketchup (no sugar added)
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil (light)
1 tbsp. margarine

Recipe Directions for Ground pork sauteed

  1. Pour olive oil and butter in pan and heat on medium highl. Add the onions and/or shallots.

  2. Sautee until soft and golden - do not burn.

  3. Add all other ingredients to ground pork and mix well.

  4. Place pork mixture in pan (med high heat) until most of it is browned. Lower heat and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Add the American cheese and allow to melt.
