Ground Meat Kabobs Recipe

My own adaptation of the shish kabobs here in Israel.

Recipe Ingredients for Ground Meat kabobs

1/2 kg ground chicken, white meat only
1/2 cup parsley, raw
1 T thyme, fresh
1/2 hot pepper
1 t salt
1 t pepper
1 egg
0.33 cup wheat bran, crude
1 small onion
3 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Ground Meat kabobs

  1. Chop all the fresh herbs finely and add them, with th remaining ingredients into a mixing container (I use a plastic bag).

  2. Mix until everything is well incorporated then divide into 6 equal portions. You can either make them into burgers or you can form them into sausages and skewer them at this point.

  3. Place in/on a pan with a small amount of water and grill in oven (add water to the bottom of the pan) or on grill until done to your liking.

  4. Serve with rice
