2.16 cup White Kidney Beans
179 grams part skim mozzerella
1 serving salsa (selections)
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
85 grams Onions
1.3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1.25 cup dry Instant Rice
16 oz crumbled Chicken, ground, raw
0.1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for ground chicken skillet

brown chicken. add peppers and onion and saute 5 minutes. add the rest of the ingredients, including rice raw and saute till liquid absorbed, aprox 20 mins. add cheese and cook until melted. serve with nacho chips or corn chips or low fat alternative like lentil chips.
