16 oz crumbled Chicken, ground, raw
2 c celery chopped
1 clove garlic
1/4 c onion chopped
15 oz bush's reduced sodium black beans
16 oz bush's reduced sodium dark red kidney beans
3 large tomatoes
14 1/2 oz Tomatoes
24 oz Tomato Paste No Salt Added

Recipe Directions for Ground Chicken Chili-Healthy

  1. 1 lb ground chicken

  2. 2 c celery chopped

  3. 1 clove garlic

  4. 1/4 c onion chopped

  5. 15 oz/1 can bush's best reduced sodium black beans

  6. 15 oz/ 1 can bush;s best reduced sodium kidney beans

  7. 14.5 oz diced tomatoes

  8. 4 c water

  9. 2 tsp cayenne seasoning

  10. 2 tsp cummin

  11. 2 tsp chili powder

  12. 24 oz tomato paste no salt added

  13. cook meat, celery, onions and garlic till done. Add to rest of ingredients in a crockpot and cook 5-10 hours to taste

  14. Add more spice to taste
