0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
0.25 cup chopped Red Onion

  1. chop onion and sautee til browned in olive oil

  2. add chicken and spices and cook through

  3. simmer off with a little bit of water if needed
