Chicken breast will be cooked then ground for this soup to create a thicker consistency.

Recipe Ingredients for Ground Chicken Breast soup

9/10 pound chicken, skinless breast
2 stalks celery
3 quarts water
3 bouillon cubes
1 1/2 cups green peas
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/2 pound baby carrots, diced
1 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup barley

Recipe Directions for Ground Chicken Breast soup

Wash chicken and cut into 1/4 " slices. Simmer in 2 cups water with 1 bouillon cube until tender. Remove chicken and place into food processor and grind. Add remainder water, bouillon, vegetables and ground chicken into pot and bring to simmer. In separate pot prepare 1/2 cup barley according to directions. Drain and add barley to pot with other ingredients. Simmer until soup begins to thicken.
