Recipe Ingredients for Ground Beef, Veggie and Potato Bake

5 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Russet, Flesh And Skin, Baked
1 medium diced Green Bell Pepper
1 large diced Onions
16 oz Ground Beef, 95% Lean
1 tsp Black Pepper
3 tsp Italian Seasoning
3 serving Great Value Minced Garlic
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 tsp Cloves, Ground

Recipe Directions for Ground Beef, Veggie and Potato Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a casserole dish.

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the beef, green pepper, onion and garlic until beef is brown and veggies slightly tender. Add the seasonings and mix to combine.

  3. Layer the bottom of the prepared casserole dish with enough potato slices to cover. Place half of the beef and vegetable mixture over the potatoes, repeat with potato slices and beef mixture, topping with remaining potatoes.

  4. Cook, covered, 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the potatoes are tender.
