Very similar to chili, but without the seasoning. Tastes good on rice or egg noodles. Add a salad and you have a complete, nutritious meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Ground Beef & Tomato

32 ounce lean ground beef
14 1/2 ounce diced tomatoes
8 ounce tomato sauce
8 ounce mushroom stems and pieces
1 large onion, diced
14 1/2 ounce kidney beans
1/2 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Ground Beef & Tomato

  1. Brown ground beef and diced onions.

  2. Add remaining ingredients.

  3. Season to taste.

  4. Serve with rice or noodles.
