A great, healthy ground beef casserole. Make this with grass fed only ground beef for a burst of extra flavor.

Recipe Ingredients for Ground beef and tomato casserole

1 lb ground beef
29 oz diced tomatoes
2 cups uncooked macaroni
1/2 medium onion
1 tbsp garlic

Recipe Directions for Ground beef and tomato casserole

  1. Brown beef 90% in iron skillet.

  2. Dice onion and add with garlic to beef.

  3. Cook macaroni in water.

  4. Combine all ingredients in baking pan.

  5. Bake at 375 for 30-40 min. until heated thoroughly.
