Simple beef soup using ground beef. KNORR boullion makes it FODMAPs friendly (as of this writing - always check ingredients!). Fresh tomatoes are even better if you have them.

Recipe Ingredients for Ground Beef Soup

16 oz 90% Lean Ground Beef, Fresh
15 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
1 cup Rice, White, Medium-grain
2 cube Bouillon Mix

Recipe Directions for Ground Beef Soup

Brown ground beef in soup pot, drain, wipe excess oil from pot. Return beef to pot and mix bullion with 6 cups of hot water. Add to pot. Add canned tomatoes and sliced or julienned squash. Bring to simmer, add rice. Simmer for 20 minutes until rice is tender. Serve.
