Recipe Ingredients for Ground Beef & Potatos

16.015 oz Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
1/4 cup slices (1" dia)(24 g) Ginger Root
1 slice, large (1/4" thick)(38 g) Onions
28 grams Fish Sauce
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)(123 g) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Baked, Flesh And Skin

Recipe Directions for Ground Beef & Potatos

  1. Saute meat. Drain meat.

  2. Saute Ginger, cut onions, sliced tomatos, tomatos.

  3. Add Meat and Fish sauce when vegetables are tender.
