Grilled ground beef patty with sauteed onions and peppers

Recipe Ingredients for Ground Beef Patty with Veggies

112 g Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Patty
1 tomato
1/2 onion
1 sweet green pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Ground Beef Patty with Veggies

  1. Saute onions and bell peppers in olive oil. When onions and peppers are tender, add in tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are tender.

  2. Meanwhile, grill patties on outside grill or George Foreman.

  3. Place one-quarter of veggies on top of patty and enjoy!
