Recipe Ingredients for Ground Beef 'N'Biscuits

0.5 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 cup, diced Celery
24 oz Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
2 oz Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 grams Oregano
1/8 tsp Pepper, Black
16 oz Tomato Products
10 oz Frozen Sweet Peas

Recipe Directions for Ground Beef 'N'Biscuits

In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef, celery, and onion until meat is no longer pink and celery is tender; drain. Stir in the flour, salt, oregano, and pepper until blended. Add tomato sauce and peas; simmer for 5 minutes. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Seperate biscuits; arrange over beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted.
