Recipe Ingredients for Ground Beef Mexican Style

1 pound ground beef
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup water
1 cup green bell pepper
1 cup green onion
4 ounce of egg noodles
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped tomato

Recipe Directions for Ground Beef Mexican Style

  1. Brown ground beef and drain

  2. Stir in Salsa and water and simmer for 10 minutes

  3. Cook pasta and drain

  4. Stir in bell pepper and green onion in beef mixture and simmer until vegetables are tender (slightly crisp)

  5. Stir in cooked noodles and sour cream

  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese and cover until cheese is melted

  7. Sprinkle on tomato
