One Dish Baked Ground Beef Dinner-low fat

Recipe Ingredients for Ground Beef Hot Dish

2 lb. ground beef
1 can mushroom soup
15 oz. water
8 oz. egg noodles
1 c. chopped carrots
2 oz. potato chips
1/2 c. celery
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 can chicken soup

Recipe Directions for Ground Beef Hot Dish

  1. Butter a 9x13 cake pan or casserole dish, put raw beef on bottom; salt and pepper. Add uncooked noodles and add carrotts, onions, garlic and celery.

  2. Mix two can of soup with 1 1/2 cans of water. Pour over all, bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

  3. In the last 10 minutes add the potatroe chips as a topping.
