Use nonfat yogurt instead of sour cream next time.. I use a gluten free flour instead of all purpose flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Ground beef curry

25 oz beef, ground 11% fat
8 oz onion, chopped
2 oz apple, grated
3 garlic cloves, grated
4 tbls all purpose flour
2 tbls curry powder
1 tbls turmeric
1 tbls garam masala
4 cups water
10 grams vegetable bouillon
18 oz potatoes, cubed
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
4 tbls sour cream

Recipe Directions for Ground beef curry

  1. Chop onions

  2. Sautee in large pot with ground beef.. until browned.

  3. add grated apple and garlic.

  4. Coat with flour and cook for about 1 minute

  5. Add water and bouillon.

  6. Add spices and cubed potatoes.

  7. Add sour cream.

  8. Cook until thickens and potatoes are cooked.
