Ground Beef, Cottage Cheese & Noodle Casserole

Recipe Ingredients for Ground Beef & Cottage Cheese Casserole

1 lb 95% lean ground beef
1/2 cup light mayonaise
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1 medium onion, diced
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
3 cups egg noodles

Recipe Directions for Ground Beef & Cottage Cheese Casserole

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package.

  2. Brown ground beef in a saucepan. Remove & set aside.

  3. Saute onion & butter in saucepan.

  4. Mix all ingredients in a medium casserole dish.

  5. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
