Ground Beef Chili (top with jalapenos)

Recipe Ingredients for Ground Beef Chili

24 ounce lean ground beef
1 cup onion
1 clove minced garlic
14 1/2 ounce diced tomatoes
15 ounce tomato sauce
16 ounce pinto beans
16 ounce black beans
32 ounces water
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp ground cumin

Recipe Directions for Ground Beef Chili

  1. brown beef and drain

  2. stir in garlic and onions cook for two minutes

  3. add rest of ingredients and bring almost to a boil

  4. reduce heat to medium and cook for at least 20 minutes

  5. top with jalapenos and shredded cheddar, but be sure to add the extra calories for the cheese
