Recipe Ingredients for Ground beef casserole

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 bell pepper
1 chopped onion
8 oz. tomato sauce
15 oz. corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
5 oz. egg noodles
1 c. Mozzarella (4 oz.)
1 Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Ground beef casserole

  1. Cook onion and chopped pepper with butter spray in skillet.

  2. Brown ground beef.

  3. Mix soup with milk.

  4. Add noodles, tomato sauce, corn, beef, onion and pepper.

  5. Pour into casserole. Put cheese on top.

  6. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes. (Optional - 2 cups buttered bread crumbs on top before adding cheese.)
