A favorite since I was little, My Mother fixed this as comfort food. Combines Ground Chuck and Green Cabbage cooked slowly together.

Recipe Ingredients for Ground Beef and Cabbage

0.5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage
4 oz Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
3 tbsp chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Ground Beef and Cabbage

Combine all Ingredients in a skillet and cook till cabbage and beef are done.
