Main Dish, can saute all together and put inside rolled out bread to make burox. We just eat it like this. I usually use lean ground sirloin, when trying to add lean ground sirloin in this system, it says it can't find it. Each serving is approximately one cup.

Recipe Ingredients for Ground beef and Cabbage

1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 head of cabbage
1 med onion
1 tbs minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Ground beef and Cabbage

  1. Shred cabbage.

  2. Dice Onion.

  3. Saute all ingredients together until meat is done.
