Recipe Ingredients for Gringo Turkey Fajitas

1 lb Poultry food products, ground turkey, raw
0.5 cup Coriander Leaves
4 small Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 oz Monterey Cheese
1 tsp Butter
15 oz 8" Premium Flour tortilla 8ct

Recipe Directions for Gringo Turkey Fajitas

Season turkey with 1-2 tsp Goya Adobo seasoning. Brown turkey first, letting it form into quarter-sized pieces. Add onions and peppers and chicken broth. Season with cumin, chipotle pepper, and garlic to taste. Add a dash of lemon or lime juice and a generous ammount of chopped fresh cilantro. Let the juices reduce slightly, then add cheese. Immediately shut off heat and stir to mix. Serve in tortillas or lettuce wraps (calories include flour tortillas)
