Grilled squash with Carribean seasoning.

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Zucchini

4 oz squash, raw
1 tsp grapeseed oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1/10 tsp black pepper
1 tsp rum
1 tbsn pineapple juice
1/4 tsp ginger, fresh
1/4 tsp jalapeno pepper, fresh
1/4 tsp garlic, fresh
1 tsp cilantro, fresh
1 tsp lime juice, fresh

Recipe Directions for Grilled Zucchini

  1. slice squash and put on wooden skewers.

  2. mix all the remaining ingredients.

  3. pour sauce over the squash in a bowl and set aside for 30 minutes.

  4. grill and baste the squash over high heat 5-10 minutes.
