The longer you marinate it the better it is! You can add different veggies, I add pineapple chunks sometimes.

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Winter Chicken Ka-no-bobs

224 grams chicken breast, skinless-boneless
1 green pepper
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 onion
2 cups fat-free italian dressing

Recipe Directions for Grilled Winter Chicken Ka-no-bobs

  1. Chop chicken & veggies into 2 inch pieces.

  2. Put in gallon zip-lock with dressings.

  3. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.

  4. Pour onto electric grill, heated to 400.

  5. Cook until meat is throughly cooked.

  6. Turn up heat to 450 to slightly char.

  7. Usually takes 30 minutes.
