Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Veggies

2 potatoes
1 onion
1/2 cup carrots
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Grilled Veggies

  1. Chop potatoes and onions

  2. Dice garlic

  3. add all dry ingredients to a pouch of tinfoil

  4. pinch together ends, rolling twice and leaving a small opening

  5. add water

  6. close opening and fold corners up

  7. grill for 20 mins
