Recipe Ingredients for grilled veggies

744 g potatoes skin on
266 g carrots
126 g cauliflower
172 g green peppers
88 g onions
4 oz mushrooms
80 g zesty Italian dressing

Recipe Directions for grilled veggies

  1. boil potatoes and carrots till partially soft

  2. drain

  3. add all other veggies and dressing

  4. stir

  5. place in several layers of aluminum foil and seal edges till secure

  6. cook on grill for about 20 min (grill heat varies time)
