Vegetables cooked over the grill.

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Vegetables

1 Onion
1 squash
1 zucchini
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
10 cloves garlic
15 g TB Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper

Recipe Directions for Grilled Vegetables

Cup up all vegetables and marinate in EVOO, salt and pepper for approximately 30 minutes to an hour. Transfer veggies into a grilling basket. Grill over medium heat (charcoal is best for flavor) for approximately one hour.
