Recipe Ingredients for Grilled vegetables

1/2 zucchini
1/4 eggplant
1 red pepper
8 spears asparagus
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Grilled vegetables

  1. Heat oil in frying pan with spices

  2. Chop vegetables and add to frying pan

  3. Cook until golden
