A dish we had over at a friend's place one wonderful summer! Have loved it ever since!

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Vegetables

2 cups green beans
3 carrots
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 cup Sun Dried Tomato and Oregano Dressing

Recipe Directions for Grilled Vegetables

  1. Wash and trim ends off of beans

  2. Clean and slice carrots diagonally

  3. slice onion into rings

  4. cut red pepper into slivers

  5. Transfer all vegetables onto aluminum foil

  6. Cover with Dressing

  7. Grill on BBQ until tender
