1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 onion Yellow Onion
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 medium Squash, Summer, All Varieties
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Grilled Vegetables

Cut vegetables into chunks, taking care that they are large enough not to fall through the grill. Put veggie chunks into a large bowl and drizzle in the olive oil. Add salt, pepper, or other desired seasonings. Mix. Grill on hot grill for 5-10 minutes.
