Slippery but healthy veggie sandwich.

Recipe Ingredients for grilled vegetable sandwich

2 tbsp chopped Onions
0.5 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 roll Select 100% Whole Wheat Pre-Sliced Sandwich Thins
1 slice Provolone Cheese Slices
1 serving Mayo
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Green

Recipe Directions for grilled vegetable sandwich

  1. slice lengthways 1/4 inch thick all vegetables and grill for approximately 6 - 8 minutes or until tender.

  2. Combine mayo and 1 tsp of Badia Complete seasoning. Spread 1/3 of mayo mixture onto one side of bread. Stack veggies and top with provolone. Melt under broiler and serve hot.
