Grilled Veggies tossed with Romaine and balsamic vinegar- Perfect any time you grill.

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Vegetable Salad

2 sweet peppers,bell, red, yellow, or green, sliced lengthwise, in 4-6 pieces
1/2 red onion, cut in half with root left intact
5 green onions
2 zucchini, sliced lengthwise
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 heads romaine, chopped

Recipe Directions for Grilled Vegetable Salad

  1. Slice veggies (except romaine) toss with olive oil salt & pepper.

  2. Grill veggies till cooked to desired doneness

  3. After removing from grill, chop veggies into bite sized pieces.

  4. Toss with chopped romaine, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, serve warm.
