1 cup asparagus
1 white onion
4 roma tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup basil

Recipe Directions for grilled vegetable medley

  1. Rinse all vegetables

  2. Mince garlic and basil and add olive oil

  3. Toss vegetables in mixing bowl

  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper

  5. Add minced garlic, basil and olive oil
