Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Turkey Breasts (curves pretein 1)

4 oz. Turkey Breast Cutlets
1/2 Garlic Clove
1/2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
1 pinch Salt
1 tbsp. Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Grilled Turkey Breasts (curves pretein 1)

  1. Preheat grill or broiler.

  2. Finely chop garlic.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except turkey. Stir vigorously.

  4. Grill or broil turkey breasts 4 minutes per side.

  5. Spread half the mustard mixture over one side of turkey breasts and grill or broil 3 more minutes.

  6. Turn and coat other side with remaining mustard mixture. Broil another 3 minutes or until turkey is cooked through.
